Where there is no supply, demand eventually falls.
It’s a simple concept in economics, and ever true for your eating habits.
If you struggle with a sweet tooth, simply cut off the supply and don’t bring sweets into the house.
This then requires you to make inconvenient trips to the grocery store or fast-food restaurant when it’s late at night.
As James Clear, author of Atomic Habits, puts it: “If you want to eliminate a bad habit, make it invisible.”
So, all of that leftover Easter candy… if you really want to stop eating it, get rid of it. That’s what I had to do.
