7 Steps to Perfect Rowing Technique

Tomorrow’s workout entails an 8:00-9:00 row “buy-in”. When it comes to rowing, the most common thing you hear our coaches say is “knees, hips, arms… arms, hips knees.”

But there is so much more to rowing technique than that! For example, we have 1-2 athletes off the chart on many Level Method benchmarks; but no one comes close to getting past red on the rowing benchmark. We can do better.
